Art Deco Vide Poche
Literally translating as "empty pocket," a vide poche is a practical and handy place to toss spare change, your keys or jewelry. This fine example dates to approximately 1930 and features a bronzed female skating figure with a bakelite face above a natural onyx tray. It is unmarked, but is likely from the Pompeiian Bronze works. Measuring 6 inches tall and 5.5 inches across, and in fine, vintage condition, this practical piece will bring a note of Art Deco charm to a front hall table or bedroom suite.
